Overview
Hannah Pogue joined Icenogle Seaver Pogue in August of 2023 as a legal assistant. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022 with a B.A. in History and Sociology and a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. Hannah assists the firm with day-to-day operations and general client matters.Maria L. Brooks
Overview
Maria L. Brooks specializes in corporate strategy, business entity formation and regulation, government contracts, real estate transactions, and land use law. She assists the attorneys and paralegals at Icenogle Seaver Pogue, PC with document drafting, meeting scheduling, and file management. Ms. Brooks received her paralegal certificate from an institute in Washington D.C in 2003 and is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. An avid Denver Broncos fan, you can find her at Mile High Stadium on any given Sunday.T. Max Gilida
Overview
T. Max Gilida joined Icenogle Seaver Pogue in January of 2023 as a front desk administrator & legal administrative assistant. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration and was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success in May of 2023. Max helps the Firm staff fulfill a wide variety of tasks focused primarily on the day-to-day operations of the Firm. Lance J. Ingalls
Overview
Lance J. Ingalls has for more than 27 years represented Colorado local governments, with extensive experience in county government and related issues. Mr. Ingalls has significant experience in land use, government contracting, open records, open meetings, local government budget process, government land acquisitions, TABOR, Ethics in Government, special districts, health departments, and employment law (employer representation).Mr. Ingalls has also represented clients in HOA matters, served as outside ethics counsel for government employees, served as conflicts counsel for County elected officials, and represented various municipal clients.
Mr. Ingalls is also experienced in the legislative process from drafting bills to advocating for and against proposed legislation. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Colorado, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
Noël Nail
Overview
Noël has prior experience working in the special district world as an administrative manager for a district management firm. She joined Icenogle Seaver Pogue in 2023 as a paralegal. She has an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Denver, and currently serves on their Paralegal Advisory Board.
