Abigail “Bea” Meyer provides legal services in the areas of special districts, public authorities, and local governments in Colorado. She assists clients with a range of legal services including ensuring annual compliance, compiling due diligence materials, reviewing and drafting contracts, organization of districts, and assisting with day-to-day legal issues. Ms. Meyer earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2025. While in law school, Ms. Meyer worked for a variety of local governments and attended the National Association of Bond Lawyers 2025 Essentials Conference as a recipient of the Ballard Scholarship.

Job Description


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide full-time front desk support.
Coordinate and schedule board meetings and client meetings for attorneys and paralegals.
Update and maintain the client database and logs as requested.
Manage DocuSign submissions and ensure accurate tracking of documents.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of mailings.
Monitor and track notices, affidavits, and other critical documents.
Prepare materials and notebooks for meetings to ensure readiness.
Organize and manage filing and scanning of documents.
Handle office supply orders and inventory management.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail within the office.
Set up firm and client events as requested.
Maintain the amenities in Conference Room.
Conduct website accessibility audits for ADA Compliance as needed.
Prepare and file client Conflict of Interest Disclosures as needed.
Prepare draft minutes for attorney use at meeting.
Record billable hours spent on client tasks.
Input billable time for attorneys and other firm staff.
Assist Office Manager with firm management filings and related operations as requested.
Assist legal administrative assistants II, paralegals, and attorneys with tasks as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting/moving materials less than 25 pounds.

In person at office location, for an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, 4725 South Monaco Street, Suite 360, Denver, Colorado 80237. Schedule may be modified for part-time employees.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. North worked as a Business Advisory Consultant. Mr. North received his Juris Doctorate in 2024 from the University of Colorado Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Colorado Environmental Law Journal. Mr. North is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Hannah Pogue joined Icenogle Seaver Pogue in August of 2023 as a legal assistant. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022 with a B.A. in History and Sociology and a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. Hannah assists the firm with day-to-day operations and general client matters.
