Megan Ray has 4 years experience working for special districts as a special district administrator. Ms. Ray joined Icenogle Seaver Pogue in 2020 as a paralegal and assists the Firm’s special district clients with general district administration, including statutory compliance, elections, and other day-to-day operation. She also aids the attorneys in the firm with preparation of various legal documents. Ms. Ray is originally from Minnesota and attended St. Olaf College.
